      Pros

      Most of the employees are awesome. Marvin Rush created a family atmosphere and when there is a disaster everyone pitches in to help. Marvin Rush had a vision and people followed that vision; he is a great man and a great business man.

      Cons

      Marvin retired and his son, Rusty took over. Rusty expanded the company too fast...built the house without the plumbing.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
