      Pros

      There's good people and pay is good. The shop in my case was very clean and was decently sizable.

      Cons

      Very stressful, flat-rate mechanic and management is up and down. They make you feel infesizablen metimes. The training is good but takes awhile to put it to use. They hardly give you any jobs at first and especially wheit gets slow. Shop tools go missing constantly.

      Pros

      Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

      Cons

      You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
