Pros
I’m so glad that I have the managers that I do. I consider myself lucky, because unfortunately that just isn’t the normal to have a great management team. The folks I work with are what really make the place tolerable.
Cons
Communication is often lacking from that I would call the chain of command. I had little to no training, but then again that is where I tend to do my best work. Definitely a company that loves to promote within rather than outside hires.
