Pros

Lot of learning opportunity, Quick feedbacks (6 months), regular international travel

Cons

Need to play politics game for promotions. Really strict timings. Bangalore is treated as a "Service office" and employees here are treated differently from the rest of the world. Very high attrition rate. Senior management in Bangalore lacks diversity and there is no transparency. You are expected to go above and beyond at all times and "keep improving" on the number of hours worked. Many people at the top do not have a personal life and it is expected to be followed by the juniors also. When asked for feedback, only changes that happened in the company were the number of parties. Big party culture (can be a pro if you are into that), gives a lot of chances to people to misbehave. Misbehaviour is blatantly ignored or hidden under the rug. Lots of hiring takes place but internal movement between products is NOT encouraged by management even though that is the mentioned in internal circulars.

Pros

Colleagues are top notch and great benefits.

Cons

Company politics are sickening. Its like being in a frat house, literally. Products are not aligned and messaging doesnt jive with global politics. Ever heard of Rystad? My point exactly.
