Pros
Very positive and creative corporate culture. Interesting work in a growing market. Senior Management seems committed to supporting employees' wellness, career goals and work/life balance.
Cons
Some of the systems and processes are straining with rapid growth. However I think this is a good problem to have-- like all the taxes you'll need to pay if you win the lottery-- one shared by many startups, and I'm confident we'll work through it.
