It's easy to maintain a good work-life balance, and it's extremely rare to have to put in work outside of regular hours. The engineering team is quite small, but we support a product with a lot of capabilities that still has a lot of room for growth, so there are quite a few opportunities to explore different areas of software engineering within this product to fit your own interests or to learn/extend your knowledge of other engineering topics.

S-Docs is a small, but rapidly growing company. There are many opportunities to grow and get involved with projects involving multiple teams. Management and executives actually greatly care for the employees and follow through on what they say that they will. The benefits at the company are the best that I've had in my career. Beyond the great insurance benefits, there are also budgets for personal development, wellness, and more. The culture is something that is very important at S-Docs and I truly love working with every one of my coworkers. Since it is still a relatively small company in size, you get to interact with just about every coworker in some way, shape, or form and everyone is lovely.
