Pros
S-Docs is a small, but rapidly growing company. There are many opportunities to grow and get involved with projects involving multiple teams. Management and executives actually greatly care for the employees and follow through on what they say that they will. The benefits at the company are the best that I've had in my career. Beyond the great insurance benefits, there are also budgets for personal development, wellness, and more. The culture is something that is very important at S-Docs and I truly love working with every one of my coworkers. Since it is still a relatively small company in size, you get to interact with just about every coworker in some way, shape, or form and everyone is lovely.
Cons
As a growing small company, there have been quite a few new hires especially at the executive level. While the people hired are great and have made great steps to move forward as a company, there are a few growing pains that come with the additional structures brought forward with new management, but once we get through all of that, the future is bright!
