Pros
Remote Opportunity, Decent Pay, Work Your Own Hours, Other then that not really much
Cons
I regret to say that my experience with S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp was incredibly disappointing. Despite having over 5 years of experience in Marketing, I was fired within a week, and here’s why: the entire process felt like a bait and switch.
In the interview, I was promised that I would be managing at least seven different social media channels. However, once I started, I was only given a single Twitter account to manage. The expectations were unrealistic from the start, with demands to get at least 12 people signed up for their whitepaper in just 4 hours—an impossible task.
To make matters worse, my colleagues were equally frustrated. Everyone complained almost daily about the lack of social media platforms, and it was clear that the company doesn’t care about the feedback of their employees. Instead, they continuously piled on impossible expectations without offering any support or guidance.
The leadership is extremely unprofessional, and it was obvious they didn’t value their employees or even consider their input. Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews—they bloat it with 5-star reviews, as they told us to do so.
This was a huge letdown, and I would not recommend working here.
