From the beginning, I was instructed to promote through seven social media accounts. During the one-hour training session, I was encouraged to start working as soon as possible. However, the necessary information required to generate leads was never provided. I made multiple efforts to follow up via email, but the management was very slow to respond. When they did reply, their answers did not offer any real solutions for promoters. As a promoter, I took the initiative to complete my tasks rather than waiting indefinitely for a response. However, the moment I submitted my report, they responded immediately—only to say that my work did not meet their expectations, and I was abruptly cut from the job. I just want to share my experience: management should listen to the concerns and questions of their promoters and respond promptly and constructively so that tasks can be executed properly. No one is perfect on their first day, especially with minimal feedback and poor leadership. I believe my experience reflects the reality of the situation, without exaggeration or fabrication
