- Too many internal politics, you will only go places in this company if you perform at 100% of target and get in with the right people across a variety of countries and business units - Be prepared to work very hard and sacrifice a lot of your personal time - Had no development plan or career path, too many people in the same jobs for years - You MUST hit your sales quota each month and every month, NO excuses - Too many people screening the CRM all day - Lack of support across business units once the customer goes live
