1. This is just a brief of cons. You'll get a lot of cons if you directly contact any former/working employee of SBL 2. If you're ready to work like a SLAVE, then you can join this firm. 3. You have to beg for getting your salary. 4. There is no project management at all. Live projects doesn't have any proper documentations and team needs to work based on assumptions. 5. There is no time in your SBL life without work pressures. You will think about SBL even you're sleeping.. 6. All senior level employees resigned from SBL due to poor management. 7. There is no value for your work even if you're work hard like a donkey. 8. You will get fired even if you complete all the works. No reasons for firing. 9. They are not ready to hear any words from you. Especially team-leads. 10. Hike is something you can dream about. One of my recently resigned friend feedback's, 11. They deducted salary without proper communication through email/phone 12. Start working from 9AM and ending session at mid night every day 13. Need to work at-least 9 hours. 8 Hours for working and 1 hour for hearing obscene words(theri) from team-leads/management. 14. They doesn't have any strong projects.
