1. This is just a brief of cons. You'll get a lot of cons if you directly contact any former/working employee of SBL 2. If you're ready to work like a SLAVE, then you can join this firm. 3. You have to beg for getting your salary. 4. There is no project management at all. Live projects doesn't have any proper documentations and team needs to work based on assumptions. 5. There is no time in your SBL life without work pressures. You will think about SBL even you're sleeping.. 6. All senior level employees resigned from SBL due to poor management. 7. There is no value for your work even if you're work hard like a donkey. 8. You will get fired even if you complete all the works. No reasons for firing. 9.
