      Positive, encouraging work environment. Fun product and brand image. Real-world impact (even as an intern). The team went above and beyond to provide projects I could complete remotely!

      Cons

      Remote, so I wasn't able to participate in some of the employee activities. Also, unpaid.

      Really positive and fun team(s) Fun weekly team meetings Great PTO and Flex Hour ability Really well organized Ability to be incredibly creative Ownership of your projects, trusted with high level tasks Never felt micro-managed
