No real on-boarding process for newcomers Weak HR best practices which creates a poor and slow hiring process Keep doing the same thing but framed differently - No vision Lack of integrity at management level due to over politicized environment No recognition towards performers Poor management skills in the leadership If you don't belong to the inner circle no matter whether we over perform or not.. The high management will leave you behind Poor company culture
