Lack of leadership and loyalty to employee. Over politicized

Global company that can facilitate transfers to other countries/regions Great portfolio of clients across industries Competitive wages and benefits A global expert in the core services

Cons

No real on-boarding process for newcomers Weak HR best practices which creates a poor and slow hiring process Keep doing the same thing but framed differently - No vision Lack of integrity at management level due to over politicized environment No recognition towards performers Poor management skills in the leadership If you don't belong to the inner circle no matter whether we over perform or not.. The high management will leave you behind Poor company culture

Cons

Limited employee benefits. Not much autonomy. Senior leadership are expat heavy. No real way of providing honest feedback safely to senior leadership without backlash as they're very cliquey. Lack of diversity, especially at management/senior leadership level.
