I am fortunate to be part of a team that is both highly motivated and genuinely committed to bringing out the best in one another. The work environment is supportive and collaborative—when you put in the effort, you can expect to receive the guidance and encouragement needed to grow both personally and professionally. Recognition for individual contributions is a consistent part of the culture, and the atmosphere is both enjoyable and free from toxicity. There is a strong emphasis on work-life balance and respect for personal boundaries, which is deeply appreciated. Having experienced a variety of workplace environments throughout my career, I can confidently say this is the most positive and fulfilling one I’ve been part of. The people here are humble, approachable, and easy to communicate with—ego has no place in this culture.

As a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, SJCA is selected for a lot of prime work, especially with the Indiana Department of Transportation. This leads to impactful and meaningful project assignments. A flexible work schedule and respect for personal time makes it easy to maintain a work-life balance.
