She played a key role in helping me get started with my employer and has done an excellent job managing the contractor–employer relationship. She is highly effective at mediating issues, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining clear communication. Her monthly check-ins and proactive involvement make a significant difference and provide a strong sense of support as a contractor.
