Everything . 1. You won't get your variable. 2. No rating system. 3. You may be sitting on client1 one location and maybe asked to do client 2 job. And if your are seen it is your fault according senior guys. We are going for work not playing james bond. 4. No technical knowledge. 5. 8 years and still startup. 6. Hr will have time to update whatsapp status but won't have time to reply to your queries. 7. If you are travelling which you will be you will be staying in cheap hotels and food which will not enough for anyone. 8. If you are software guy or analytical guy you may expect yourself to sit warehouse or attending business devlopment meeting or selling there projects 9.Huge attrition rate but nobody thinks about it why. 10. You will be hearing lots and lots of false promises. Like you will be going on-site. Or will increase your salary. What is the point of going on site when you will not get anything to your hand to spend on. 11. You may find yourself sitting g and listening lectures at 12 am because owner just wants to speak. The list will go on and on .
