      Pros

      It was like a startup firm where you have to work end to end in logisitcs and have to learn everything from the start.

      Cons

      The company founders usually do a lot of micromanagement, and you will be pissed off, worried, and whatnot. There will always be constant gazing at you, what you are doing, what you are not doing. Constant monitoring of everything you do. Of course, one of the company who never takes ownership of anything that they do and dumps everything and anything on the employee. If the employee is leaving, they will hold on to their full and final amount, and they will threaten not to provide the letters otherwise.
