Learning opportunities hindered by poor management processes - Software Engineer ST Engineering Employee Review

Sadly those in that specific department that i work with, there's no process of the work flow. Top and middle management does not know how to manage the process well, such as arranging timeline with client and not understand of engineers availability to support, lack of communication and trust. Engineers that are knows to do their work, the st management will give extra more work. Those engineers that not able to work, will just rot there forever. Lots of good engineers that are hardworking left this department.
