Pros

Remote work Small co Nice HR platform

Cons

- C-suite entities are disingenuous and they mislead both prospective and current employees regarding current state of the company. - All hands meetings always paint positive picture and project amazing growth, although the reality is the company is struggling financially from both a cash on hand and projected sales perspective. - C-suite officers in the technical division mislead prospective employees during interviews regarding the state of the company. - C-suite officers in the technical divisions massively over hired in 2023, leading to Stella suddenly deciding to lay off all of their tech engineering force in the United States. - During interviews with C-suite officers in the technical division, interviewer referenced poor reviews on Glassdoor and specifically told prospective candidates that reviews were fraudulent and misleading, however the contrary turned out to the be reality. - Poor management and communication in the technical divisions.

Pros

STELLA is the kind of company you feel proud to be part of. It’s built with the right intentions — focused on solving real problems for dealerships with a product that actually delivers. The technology is impressive, but what really stands out is the team. You’re surrounded by people who care about doing things the right way, supporting each other, and pushing the company forward.

Cons

its a tough market with tough competitors but STELLA continues to keep up
