There were some short-lived wrong hires during the pandemic who were lazy or dealing with personal issues. They brought morale down. Otherwise great place to work for like-minded creative, hardworking people.

This company has no pros.

This is a company run by 2 sisters, they would seem nice and understanding but in real life, they talk about you behind your back and if they don't like you they will finish your contract without a warning, no explanations are given, they just wait until the last 10 minutes of your shift and say: "let's make today your last day", working for free for 4 days because they believe you are not enjoying your meaningless duties such as: doing dishes, clean after them, make coffee, get the mail, waiting on the phone for an hour or so for customer service because one of their laptops wasn't working, etc. I worked there for 4 days and it was until the 4th day when they finally decided that I could start working the position I got hired for, then they had the audacity to say that they were not a good fit for my abilities, how do they know? I worked 10 minutes at the most on the actual position.
