Pros

Toxic environment with poor leadership that micromanages every part of your job. As a store manager, you just enforce policies and process that were handed down. Your input does not matter and leadership does not care about you or your employees

Cons

Toxic environment that creates a great deal of turnover. You have no say in how you run your store. But, you are accountable for the action of your senior leadership decisions and how they affect your team.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
