      Very kind, approachable colleagues. Unique mission and non-hierarchal structure. Fun projects and new ideas are always welcome.

      Cons

      Teams can be quite siloed at times, leading to miscommunication. Communication around layoffs can be poor.

      Most of the people are a lot of fun and kind

      Cons

      leaders are not who they say they are; honesty and speaking up is punished through a "hunt and kill" approach to people trying to improve on things; most of the company has no insurance or professional working experience, so things are very disorganized and the products constantly fail
