Work from anywhere, opportunity to work/network with major retailers
Cons
Overwhelming portfolio of clients with little to no support, high turnover rates, low pay, lots of work travel, commissions are inconsistent and difficult to track, quick to fire employees instead of managing, training and leading. Impossible to find time to offer sales strategies or anything innovative to clients while managing such a large portfolio.
