Work from anywhere, opportunity to work/network with major retailers

Cons

Overwhelming portfolio of clients with little to no support, high turnover rates, low pay, lots of work travel, commissions are inconsistent and difficult to track, quick to fire employees instead of managing, training and leading. Impossible to find time to offer sales strategies or anything innovative to clients while managing such a large portfolio.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn and start your career in Ecommerce. Perfect if you are out of college without a family to provide for. Flexible with time away, but this is only if you know how to manage your clients.

Cons

If you aren't best buddies with the manager good luck getting a promotion. And when/if you get a promotion there is no salary increase. This has caused most of the real talent to leave for other manufacturers or agencies.
