They promote based off of favoritism
Your benefits are ridiculously expensive, about $100 every week, they pay you chump change, then throw you 25 cents every six months, they're inconsiderate, they have no sympathy, no empathy, very unprofessional, they will ALWAYS blame your internet provider even tho their systems are what's really shot. Mass hiring, not everyone has to follow the same rules, procedures change every week, you're not allowed to clock out to use the bathroom and if you do it's considered "a non-approved log out" which counts toward your production hours- even breaks and lunches count toward your production hours.
