Sagility, Iloilo-Growth among employees are visible as long as you’re willing to step up. (You’re fooled after all.)
Cons
Sagility, Iloilo- To all the supports, especially the Team Leaders, Trainers and QAs suffer the most. Yes, they achieved promotions, but the fact is… their salary is NOT rewarding with theirs tasks. They’re drowned with so many responsibilities, most especially the Team Leaders. There are irregularities and inconsistencies in the management and the whole system, especially the Sagility account in Megaworld.
