      Smaller more inimate units, Great bonds with coworkers!

      Cons

      The cost of living use to be cheap, hence the low pay… but now the cost of living is like California but our pay is the same. Grew up thinking if you’re a nurse you’d have a middle class blessed life, but nurses can’t afford homes/ rent increases/ groceries/ daycare

      Cons

      Most people don't like to work on weekends, but it's what is expected by working in a place that never closes its doors
