This company does not care for their employees. You are just a number for them. With their new employee actualization program they will only hire part time employees so they won't have to pay for benefits . This company is trying to get rid of employees that have been in the company for long so they can get new employees with lower pay and no benefits. This job will give you so much stress you will end up having to go to doctors for help.
