      Working at sally's was very average. It was decent for what it was. Not a place for lifetime career. Best for college students.

      Pros

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
