Pros

Good pay Coworkers Set schedule

Cons

So much lol There is no training, put to work on your own immediately and learn as you go. My team lead refused to work/help. Mostly hid or followed the forklift drivers around - pathetic. The culture of the company is run by threat/scare tactics with their point system - ie: if you get 5 points you're fired, no exceptions. The only exceptions to the point system is that if you've been there for long enough/are a favorite, you learn to work the system. Management/team leads will drop your points if your getting close or will look the other way while you continuously fix your time on the computer. This led to older employees coming in late, leaving early and calling off consistently well over their 5 points with zero repercussion and putting extra work on new employees who are now working short staff. If you work before/after business hours they lock you in the store and you have to ask to be let out for your break so literally feels like prison. It is fast paced, constant, physically demanding work. Everything is big, oversized and heavy. You don't sit or slow down. Ever. Orders never stop coming in so you never catch up. You don't get 2 days off in a row so it kinda feels like you never have a day off. Everyone who works there hates working there and that's all anyone talks about (plus how many points they have. Obsessed with points) but they're invested so don't leave and just continue to show up miserable every day. They change the schedule without notice sometimes giving you an extra half hour so if you leave early you get a point. They have "special days" usually before/after a holiday or sale and if you call off on those days you get 2-3 points instead of 1..... unless you're an old/favorite employee and can do whatever.

Pros

At the corporate level, the benefits and compensation are excellent. Colleagues at the producer level are standout teammates, talented, collaborative, and genuinely invested in the company's success. They consistently bring forward meaningful contributions and make the day-to-day work rewarding.

Cons

"Chaos" is not a word I'm using loosely. It's the word echoed across teams, including outside of Experience and Product. Leadership operates in a constant state of upheaval: frequent role changes, structural reorganizations, and strategy pivots that are implemented without any clear plan or consideration of cross-team impact. Incredibly talented people are let go as a result of poor leadership and people management decisions. There is no real culture of mentorship above the senior manager level. Leadership above the senior manager level made clear that mentorship isn't their responsibility and that you're expected to figure it out on your own, despite the company having training resources available. That disconnect is telling.
