Workload can be heavy, compensation package could be improved.

- Team that really cares about the work they do - Work has a positive impact on communities, people, orgs, etc. - Good place to start and grow your career - Extremely organized and structured for a smaller business - Team is very welcoming and great culture

- Wouldn't be applicable for every new hire, but could've used some more direction in my role - comp is by no means bad, but there are higher paying opps for similar roles (this is not a for-profit industry so not a surprise here)
