      Pros

      - This is the place for entry level developers. - The equipment provided is good if you are a gamer. - Management are splendid at setting up Teams meetings ("no much substance")

      Cons

      - Salary compensation is entry level, but what they require is almost senior level - Company culture is not explicit, but required to have a bubbly personality, if you are quiet and private this might be not for you. - They are not looking to develop anyone to integrate to their team, they assume you should by default.

      Sandbox values community, culture, and going above and beyond for customers. We work on projects that give back to the community.

      Workload can be heavy, compensation package could be improved.

      Pros

      - Team that really cares about the work they do - Work has a positive impact on communities, people, orgs, etc. - Good place to start and grow your career - Extremely organized and structured for a smaller business - Team is very welcoming and great culture

      Cons

      - Wouldn't be applicable for every new hire, but could've used some more direction in my role - comp is by no means bad, but there are higher paying opps for similar roles (this is not a for-profit industry so not a surprise here)
