good salary and benefits there were strong district, regional and sales vice presidents that were looking for new ways to get the business
Cons
One of the biggest issues was at a national level - the senior leadership had a fragmented strategy - territories/products changed every 6 months- 1 year; relationships were lost with customers. Also, company didn't get rid of low performers, all top performers were promoted or left organization
