Pros
The people at Genzyme Diagnostics are friendly and easy to get along with. Everyone is very helpful. This makes for a great working environment.
Cons
Not much opportunity to grow career-wise. Advancement is a frequently a long, years of service-based process regardless of achievements. Decisions from the higher ups are communicated at the last moment and take most people by surprise. There is a definite disconnect between management and employees.
