      Great benefits and big name products (past tense). Very good time off policy for all employees

      Cons

      Cumbersome organization with little transparency. Not much respect for long term employees (lay off announcement via pre-recorded message, etc). Strange ways of conducting business that did not translate well to lower organizational levels (lots of administrative work and little actual business conducted later on during my tenure there)

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
