      Pros

      Good vacation. Good 401(k). OK career development. Great health insurance. Great people to work with. Cooperative at times. Great team work when stakes are high. High aspirations for a company as a whole.

      Cons

      Financially focused means not people focused. Middle management expects too much of individual contributors. Mediocre salary. Seemingly penny-wise and pound-foolish. In-fighting when the stakes are low. Disconnect between management and the floor. Historically not a high performer compared to competitors.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
