      Good benefits, good work life balance, large company so can move within roles if you have that opportunity. Great if you are in a Director and above role

      Cons

      Large company - very bureaucratic. Takes a long time to get simple things done if you need to escalate up the management. Will feel siloed and not enough reward for the work put in if below director level position.

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
