Pros
Some really fantastic benefits, especially the 401K match. Convenient location. Very good gmp experience, great work life balance on a day-to-day basis. Very modern facility.
Cons
Toxic culture with two major waves of layoffs in a 6 month period. Poor upper management that doesn't listen to potential improvements. Lots of constant turnover regardless (due to poor annual compensation adjustments) making it harder for employees who stay. Expected to work every single holiday if it falls on your shift. Huge salary discrepancies between same-level employees.
