Pros
Pay is decent. Benefits are okay.
Cons
While the pay is decent, the culture leaves a lot to be desired. It's a high-stress environment with little recognition for the effort many put in, and some employees are treated very poorly. Raising concerns to management has resulted in termination for a couple. If you're in a position where you need to make money quickly and can overlook the way some of your peers are treated, you might get by here.
But, if you’re looking for long-term growth, respect, and a healthy workplace culture, I’d look elsewhere.
