The toxic environment shows after a while and unless you like to gossip, play politics and mind games and suck up to people, you will feel stuck and useless there. Some people are nice but way too opinionated which affects how you do your job...you have to be a certain type of person to thrive there and change is non-existent - mostly because of outdated systems and low development efforts.
