Pros
Great work environment as far as collaboration and who you are able to reach out to (which is just about everyone internally). The onboarding process is very good, about 6 weeks, but they extend the learning curve for a little over a year. A good start to a LOT of different aspects of being a financial analyst.
Cons
Underpaid for the amount of actual work there is to do. This job pays on the much lower end of the financial analyst spectrum. Also, as you get promoted, the type of work does not really differ, there is just a lot more of it. I do not really see myself as doing this job for the rest of my career life. 401k matching is not great and benefits are mid.
