Too much politics involved with promoting employees - Anonymous employee Schneider Employee Review

Leaderhip is entirely too political to be effective or functional. Promoted leaders tend to be relatives, best friends, or otherwised involved individuals with already elected in-house leadership, and usually not the best candidate for the job. Very disheartening & disappointing to those who are hardworking, ethical and desire career growth.
