      Schneider does a great job of separating distinct responsibilities throughout various teams to ensure a smooth and accurate processing. Leadership has clear communication and is always guiding and preparing for a future role within the company. Growth is really encouraged!

      Cons

      Like any big company, higher ranking management can come off very corporate in emails and such.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
