Not much room for mobility within the company although that is common in small to mid-sized companies. Overall an excellent company to work for

Free products when you first start, on your birthday, and every six months you stay with the company.

Management is very immature and unprofessional. They use their phone to alk to their boyfriend during the shift, randomly pop up and take half or more of your commissions and doesn't let you take off when you are sick without charging $300 dollars. There is also little to no room for advancement and communication is horrible!
