-Rate of pay not competitive -Work/life balance no existent. You will get phone calls on your time off for non emergencys and your personal life will not be take into account when shifts get scheduled. Expect to work on national holidays, religious holidays, family events and get no consideration to how the pattern affects your life. -The work intensity and time off is not managed effectively the shift pattern will make you physically and mentally unwell on a regular basis -No career progression, the lack of growth only limits your time at the company.
