As a general employee, I had no issues for the most part. My problems started when I became the supervisor. They waited almost a year before giving me any sort of training (I had never been a supervisor or manager before). They allowed me to fumble my way through and make plenty of mistakes while preaching how they are there 24/7 for their supervisors and offer so much support. I never saw any of that. For 2 years after the training, I was struggling to make things work while they remained very hands off about my site. I would call the HR manager and others in the office with questions and I would receive zero help or support. Finally, in my last year, they wrote me up numerous times for doing things wrong without offering any help or support to correct these things, they never took my concerns seriously and repeatedly laughed when I had problems with employees. I was being told to do one thing by the client but another by the district manager who didn't know anything about the site I was running. In the end, I left because it was taking such a toll on my mental health to always be wrong and ridiculed by the district office, by my staff, and looked down on by the client.
