Pros

1. The salary package 2. Health insurance Don't expect anything else.

Cons

A list of Cons is very big but let me try to write it down what I personally experienced. 1. Poor training curriculum for new joiners. They have same training sessions for all level/all roles. Employee would be unaware about the role responsibility till the training period gets over! 2. Very poor management. All the senior level managers think that they own the compony and treat lower level employees like a trash. Insulting, abusing, using foul languages, shouting these are the common practices most of the employees follow. HR managers are helpless. 3. No work life balance. Hectic shift timings. Less people and tons of work load. Need to provide on-call support on weekends, holidays or at any other day in out of working hours. They just want you to work whenever they ask. Most of the employees are struggling to live their personal life. 4. Nobody value the talent. If you are a donkey who follow the instructions then its a place for you. If you use your brain, you are gone. Overall, working with Securonix was like a roller-coaster ride! One day up next day down! I was abused by the senior managers. HR heard me and tried to fix the issue but I realized that people issue cannot be solved easily. There is no self growth where your TLs & Managers are constantly discouraging you and insulting you. So if you are looking for a growth in career, please don't choose this one. You will regret to the hell.

Pros

Work from home and flexible time off. Get your feet wet at a cybersecurity company.

Cons

Silent layoffs happen almost continuously. One day someone is there, they next they are not, with no warning or comment about it. Leaves for a very negative work environment. On a similar note, leadership is bullish and they will literally laugh in your face at your work, or worst ghost you into thinking a decision they made never happened.
