* Prioritisation is still a big one. We are still pretty customer centric but it is evolving further as we become more data driven
* Culture and structure is something that wasn't really set, and therefore had a negative impact on process and people as we grew.
A lot of effort has now been invested to improve transparency, implement processes so that people are held accountable, and have roles and responsibilities clearly defined
* The management team doesn't always have the right experience, but they've made some tough decisions in the past 12 months. They definitely try their best and have shown things can change and improve
